TROCAR Chemicals, Inc. is the world's largest pharmaceutical company, with several laboratories
world-wide.  For the past several years, the Moss Landing Laboratory has been focusing on a newly
discovered bacteria that can stimulate inactive, damaged or dead brain tissue.  Using the
bacteria, they have been perfecting a "viral-enhanced" Regenerative Inducing Propellant,
nicknamed R.I.P.  This "virus" directly attacks the pituitary gland.  The stimulation creates a
new type of hormone which, when released, causes dead cells to regenerate, returning function to
otherwise dead brain tissue and cells.  This research was originally developed to reverse damage
caused by strokes,  vegetative, and comatosed states.
Tests conducted on cadavers produced striking results:
Dead brain with damaged cells
pre R.I.P. injection.
Same brain after RIP injection.
Note the heat and activity.
Cadaver's arterial function is also
restored as a result of R.I.P. injection.
The illustration to the left shows tissue damage to the rear of the
right frontal lobe.  Note the discoloration and the pale dead
tissues.  All arterial activity has also ceased.

The illustration to the right shows the same brain post R.I.P.
injection.  The frontal lobe tissue has been restored and is
unremarkably healthy.  Arterial activity has also restarted.  The
dead tissues have returned to life.
R.I.P. Development and Experimentation now CLASSIFIED!
Once the government gained knowledge of TROCAR Chemical's discovery, the drug was pulled from all public funding and
development.  Funding for current and future development and experiments is now being supplied by the CIA's classified
Biological Warfare Development (B.W.D.) program.
